Just Me

Here's the thing. I am pretty much just me. I am quirky and moody and undeniably irresistible...to my dog. And hungry children. 


You should know that...

... I am mother to 5. Not including the dog. 
... I like to photograph things. One day I will be good at it. And then I will be embarrassed about the stuff I post now. That's my goal.
... I am a home school mom. And friend.
... I am too young to be a grandma, but I am one. You can call me "Gams", or "Gammy". But not Kami. Really.

... Food. Yes!

... I used to jog. Now I run. Because there is food. And stress. And seasonal depression. And because I can. :-)

... I do not like dresses, but I love high heels. The higher the better. They balance my height to weight ratio. 

... Jeans and a plain tee, please. Last summer my girls made me buy embellished tees (and I do mean "made"). People like when I wear them. I feel like a billboard. 
... I scowl. I'm prettier when I don't. Yes, I have actually been told this. Don't ask. It's embarrassing.
... My iPod = plugged in. Whenever possible. My artist list is diverse. Very. 
... I love gelato, but am indifferent when it comes to ice cream. Unless it's Blue Bell. Which really is the best ice cream in the country.
... I make really good soups.
